Tudo que você conhece, desde sua caneta até um transatlântico, surgiu de uma ideia e foi transformado em algo real por um empreendedor. Transformar uma ideia em algo real é a essência do progresso humano. Sentir que estamos fazendo nossa parte é uma experiência indescritível.

Ter uma idéia ou montar uma startup é a parte fácil. O difícil é a persistência em acreditar até o fim de que tudo pode dar certo. Não são poucas as vezes em que pensa em desistir, voltar para o emprego 9-18h que lhe dá tranquilidade... Por isso, o time é fundamental. Não estamos falando de pessoas brilhantes, porque este é apenas um dos requisitos para ser um bom startupeiro. Estamos falando de pessoas que tenham coragem, ousadia, garra e criatividade para mudar o mundo. E que, quando têm exito, são recompensandas por isso.

Entrepreneurship is the engine behind human development and the creation of wealth is important in any company; but in a start up, it becomes fascinating. eClass is all about people and talent. There are very good people out there and if you don't have the right team, success is random. No matter how good your product or market opportunity, the wrong team will go nowhere. The single most important issue in starting a company is having the right vision; at least a good sense of direction - in eClass our vision is to democratize education in Latin America, and we are right on it! In a start up you can only relate to images - since there is not much more that that. The greater the images and goals, the better the talent the talent the company will attract. The better the talent, the further you'll go and the longer you'll last. It's as simple as that.
